I read a couple recipes and it seems really easy. I’m hoping my thermometer is accurate and than I added in the yogurt to the milk at the right temp. I forgot to take whisk it into a small bit of warm milk and then add it back to the whole recipe to make it smoother. Oh well. Now the yogurt is in the oven, set on low, sitting in a water bath that I heated to 115degrees, with a thermometer in the oven so that I know if it gets too hot.
Guess I’ll know in the morning if it’s honey yogurt or just heated milk…
