The yogurt turned out nearly perfect. First, I will add powedered milk in to make thicker yogurt next time and second, more honey before cultivating. Its nice a creamy, not too runny and has a good flavor- not overly bitter like some yogurt can be. A little sweet. Will be awesome with some fruit :) *Coffeegirl
