Hey, check out my sexy sponge THANG! Ok, so the sides etc were a little burnt, but the rest is divine. Normally I use one sandwich tin but this time I used a big one, next time I’ll probably go back to the sandwich tin as it’s quite a lot anyway. So put your iTunes on random (or listen to either of these last.fm stations - a or b), do the sponge, la di da, leave to cool, scoop out the middle with a spoon (make sure you leave the bottom in!), whip up some cream, when the sponge is cool put the cream in the middle, add some raspberries and cut up some strawbs and put them in there too, then pour melted chocolate on top!
