1 package of Betty Crocker Sugar Cookie Mix.
1/2 bag of chopped Andes mints
Green food coloring
Make Sugar cookie mix according to packaging. Add 1/2 bag of Andes mints and a little green food coloring. Scoop 1 inch cookie dough on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for about 10-12 minutes.
So easy, and yet they are my favorite cookies.
Wonder how well this will work with the chocolate chip cookie recipe that I have in my brain. Andes instead of the chocolate chips and an 1/4 cup of flour replaced with cocoa….
