Baking tonight for the office thing on Friday. The peppermint meltaways are cooling so that I can drizzle them with Chocolate or peppermint glaze tomorrow and then sprinkle them with pulverized candy cane. The first pan of chocolate chip came out of the oven. They are spreading too much as well as being doughy in the middle, so I’ll need to make the rest a bit smaller. That will stretch the dough into more cookies anyway. That will be tomorrow night :) Was listening to the King of the Hill episode where Bobby goes to the waterpark. Now, put some music on in prep for sleepy time.
